I went for an interview for the Senior Business Analyst with a renowned Media network Company (MNC). It went well as far as for myself, being myself and now waiting for next Thursday Oct 18 if they are going to explore further with me.
Nevertheless, I am writing down the interview questions that were asked and these will prepare me better for further interviews. I realise that some interview questions are asked as also to define if the candidate is able to adapt and commit to work in their office (like if you are able to adapt to stress/pressure, the environment)
- Describe a failure project
- If the project is estimated till August but the business likes to shorten by 3 months. How do you manage this situation?
- Why do you leave your previous job?
- What do you look for in this job position?
- Define what is a good project management plan? – My Answer [Clear, measurable objectives are defined, Customers to address what to be achieve for the project, what the project is intend to achieve, what are the customers’ expectation
- What are your top 5 Technologies you are good in? – This is relating on the job scopes/technologies that define in the job advertisement that you applied for to ensure you have the right skills that they are looking for.
