This page is about the my work life as an IT professional living in Singapore, Asia Pacific region.  I am using this blog to share my working experiences and also a journal on the day-to-day issues and interesting events experienced in this interesting and fast-pacing  job-line :)

Currently I am working a IT-Business Program Manager for a Multi-national Logistic and Transportation Company, managing the business systems to support the ongoing operations and exploring new initiatives  for the systems’ improvement and efficiency for the Company and Customers.

I have intensive exposure working with colleagues/partners in multi-cultural environments across Asia Pacific, Europe, and America regions. In addition to IT, due to my past experience, I have good domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Channel Distributions and Marketing domains. This has built up in me the needed confidence when interfacing with both technical team and business, be it internal user or customer.

Core competences:

  • Project Management (PMBOK, PRINCE2)
  • Program Management
  • Vendor Management/Collaboration
  • Software Development Life Cycle (RUP) Planning and Execution
  • Release and Change Management
  • IT Infrastructure and Service Management
  • Organizational Leadership and Mentoring

If you like to know more of what I am doing or to share your experiences with me, you are most welcome to leave your comments.
