Unpleasant encounters, wakening confidence

Today was a bad start of the new week. Not only the integration testing was delayed and some commotions on the contents of the test data/files, missing out an item for today’s meeting with the Customer was really a bad impression, also to my reporting manager.

I overlooked an outstanding item and this triggered a bad start with my Manager. As such, all the outstanding items were put as HIGH priority and I communicated with the team to work on them in the coming days. Knowing the situation that the UK team was slow in responses and seems not able to get commitments from them, I have to constantly monitor and escalate when deem necessary. Have to be clear on all assumptions and eliminate them. Taking notes on what to improve for the next testing phase. Revising the issue log everyday and updating it.

NO ASSUMPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
